"Came in at 6am on 3/2. The woman working right now is terrible. She overcharged me by one for every item I got. When I asked her to fix it she immediately got upset and defensive, “I don’t need you to tell me how many it is it’s right in front of my face.” This isn’t the first time she’s overcharged me for my items and it’s always the same response when I ask her to correct it. I come most mornings because I live right across the street and every time I see her she is terrible, it makes me want to walk ten minutes to the 7/11 on colfax, it’s better than her getting me pissed off for no reason at the very start of my day. This employee is costing the business For context, I was venting to my girlfriend because her attitude was so frustrating, and she knew exactly the woman I was talking about just from describing her attitude"
"Not 24/7. I was told they close at midnight, had already shut down for the night by 10pm since they were overworked and needed to catch up."

"It’s a bodega, not a 7/11. The beer cooler is always locked due to theft. The demographic that shop there is lower class. Lots of young mothers with sons who steal shop there. The mothers also come into the store and brag about their delinquent sons. The store was locked at 3pm with no signage. Debit machine seems to always be down. There are no sandwiches or anything in the shelf. Places like this are why I have no faith in humanity. I have been to third world countries with better service, cleaner, and safer shopping options. Denver gave up"
