"This business seriously deserves a Zero Star Review. If you enjoy being treated like a criminal. This is definitely the location to come to. I came into this so called of a business this morning. And was accused of shoplifting. When I clearly went to the counter. To pay for my items. I would recommend going to the 711 location on Champa St. They actually treat you with class and some respect. The location on Lawrence Street. Should be avoided at all COSTS."
"I've been going here for the past two years with no issue, but was recently given moldy donuts. Yelled at manager who refused to check other donuts. Still go there time from time to get coffee bc it's convenient but it's hard to even look at the managers who thought this was all some funny joke like I didn't get sick from eating fuzzy mold from their store after I had bought it a day prior. Stay away from this location. Today went in for my local coffee and they were all chatting to each other about me. No apology from employees or the company, and the city is also investigating this location for food handling. I wish that I could just go back to when they were nice to me there."

"Every time I go here the store workers are very friendly and they are always busy doing something either putting things away or cleaning the store there's one that's really tall and his smile is so sweet and will make you feel better about your day if you are having a bad day when you see him smiling you will feel better about your day. This place is a great place to shop."
