"To start off they seemed great with the estimate then we get a call a few days later saying the made a mistake on the estimate and was going to be a another $25,000. More because the gentleman didn’t do his inspection correctly with that being said we still had them do almost $30,000 of repairs for us which most of it turned out good they was also supposed to meet us at Home Depot to pick out materials they never showed up we also never seem pictures of what our repairs could look like two weeks after they did repairs in our bathroom we noticed the floor was soft we had to tear up the floor there was mold everywhere now this being said red tail had nothing to do with the mold we paid another company to clean up the mold and they had to remove the bathtub that we paid $7,000 for to find more mold under it that they did not disclose to any one we would have spent more money with them to fix it all no instead we are out the money we spent with red tail and have to pay for a new bathtub again please use caution with this company"

"Very unprofessional environment. That being said I was hired as Management moved from New York for this position only to find out it was filled before I got to the state. My family and I spent about of money moving here and Red Tail was so unprofessional they couldn't even hire someone properly. Now my family and myself are facing homelessness because of this companies unprofessionalism in knowing what they want. If they couldn't even get a new hire correctly I doubt they can get any thing else right. If they have no concern for family what concerns could they possibly have for there customers!!!"
