"4 days ago I attempted to purchase gas with my debit card. The card reader told me that my transaction was declined. However, it already had charged my card $43.77 for a "pending" transaction. 3 business days later, it is still "pending". Shell employees want to lie to me and let me think my bank is at fault for this. However, of my 4 pending transactions this week, the one from Shell was the only one to last more than a business day. Update: On the 5th business day, I FINALLY have my money back, and I really don't appreciate being told that it's the bank's fault you took so long. And your cashier (who is also the store manager) was rude to me, so I will never do business with any Shell Station again."

"Over the past 3 years, I have purchased the full year option for the car wash offered here, and it has not been working properly for the past month and a half. We purchase the full year because in the past it has been a decent wash but this year we are just not happy with it. Can you please have someone look into this to provide everyone with a decent wash. "Went in to fill up and use my king Soopers points, gave the cashier my money, put in my phone number, get out to the pump and start pumping. The gas pump starts slowing down at 19.50 instead of 24.50. This guy is so desperate for money he is going to ring me up $5 short and think I won't notice?? I had to go back in and ask for my money and lost the remainder of discount I would have gotten had he not done this. Kind of a pain because now I'm going to Kings to fill up. This is the rudest store smh"
