7-Eleven

"An unfortunate incident happened to me in the store today. Somewhere around eleven o'clock, I went into the store to buy cigarettes.Presented employment authorization,where is my date of birth.. But this document is not scanned and the seller did not sell it to me. I still have a Ukrainian passport, which is also not scanned. This is a violation of my rights, I am 51 years old and they did not sell it to me"

"This store is amazing!!!!! I ABSOLUTELY HATE ALL THE HATE COMMENTSSSS!!!!!!! The energy and just fun all around. I know in the beginning they struggled a little I was irritated that I could not get reciept paper from the gas pumps, I was upset that they were constantly running out of hot dogs, this store does not have Apple Pay I mean come on it’s a brand new store. After finally meeting with manager who has red hair you can’t miss her, you can always tell she goes out of her way to make everyone happy. After expressing my concerns to her she politely explained why this things were happening. Everyone seems to forget these people are ALSO human they are not perfect. She took the time to explain to me that she just needed to learn the flow of the store and needs to learn as she goes because it was a BRAND NEW store. She and her entire staff ALL came with her from another store which also speaks volume of her team and also her as a manager. She explained her previous store didn’t have gas so she had to learn as she goes, hotdogs never sold so she had to also learn how many boxes of hotdogs to order as she goes. Anyways moral of the story. You won’t be displeased store has definitely progressed and staff is amazing. Thank you guys"

"Some of the staff here are nice, but this 7/11 is just frustrating because their system is almost always frozen. And all the manager with the red hair and lip filler ever does is text on her phone, sit at the tables with her friends, and sniff lip gloss"

"Traveling on Christmas night and nothing is open but the 7-11 lights are on so we pulled in. Our crew didn’t expect much but we’re prepared to be grateful for whatever food option available. The store and staff were a great suprise. I don’t really ever expect great service at a 7-11 but I was wonderfully shocked. Nisha and Robert -both working on Christmas night- were kind, personable, and helpful. No one wants to do extra work but they went above and beyond to make things better for us. After chatting with us a few moments and realizing we were traveling they offered some fresh food options and seating in the dining area which very clearly had already been cleaned for the evening. After a long day of traveling we are grateful for their great customer support and the very clean store."

"Incredibly nice staff. Everyone from behind the counter, the taco area, the couple people stocking, all said “good morning” when I came in. The clerk pointed out what was on sale when he saw me looking for something to eat. The store itself is spacious, well organized, and incredibly clean… this will be my go to convenience and gas stop when i’m in this part of town."
