"My boss bought a high mileage truck from Brian with no worinty. Had a router cap screw break. Brian was on his way to Minnesota to deliver 2 trucks. He brought me a new rotor cap and screws within the hour while on the phone with me guiding me through tearing it apart. He drove 40 minutes (one way) in the opposite direction of his delivery (with 2 trucks in tow) to get us back up and going. You just don't get this kind of customer service anymore! He explained what was going to happen; shipping from Japan, arriving at his place, testing them and cleaning them. Then he drove them to the complex in Edgewater. As I inspected them the trucks were in great shape. Brian then unloaded them, explained how to clean and maintain them and gave me his phone number for parts and supplies as we need them.
