"Flew with them once and have not since. Every for 6 months I'm gone out of the country for work and they happened to have the best price so I went with them. I went to check in and the gentleman asked if I have a visa for the 6 months I said no but I have one for a month after I arrive. I told them the company will file an extension when the due date is. But he said I could not go unless I changed my ticket for the time my VISA last but I tried telling him I've never had a problem with the other 2 airlines and tried to explain it to him. He still refused so then I told him I also am a dual citizen and showed a copy of the other passport but still refused. So I had to change my ticket but because he did not charge me at that time to change, I'm giving 1 star. But I was charged for a new ticket I had to change back to. The company I work for couldn't understand this so I contacted the airline and they said they will work on my case. A month past and I contacted them and same answer and it's been over a year trying to get some reimbursement but still have not heard back. So basically they just ignored my case and took the money. I have never flew with Delta since and refuse to ever!!!."
