"I came into the store with items to sell, and with a clear and respectful mood. The lady that helped out first was in the process of getting a deal squared away until she had to go to lunch. To which extent the mood turned sour and the Marcus dude became rude and almost judgmental with not listening to facts of about the item and judging it without even inspecting it further. He should get more education on computers before pointing to wrong information that’s not even correct. He also became too impatient with computers and lacks professionalism in the workplace. I understand people can become testy, but when the item is not inspected first and he believes he knows everything about the computer makes it show that he doesn’t truly know what he’s doing and how to handle anything that is thrown his way."
