"We were charged almost $700 for their services!!! They told us $431 and then added fees and failed to fully explain everything to my husband!! We NEVER would agree to pay such an astronomical fee!!! BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!! My husband went back to have his taxes done this year (2020 taxes) and once again they charged him $885!!! We have tried to get ahold of someone to figure out why Jessenia charged so much and used someone else's PTIN and refuses to give us an actual itemized reciept and have gotten no response back and a written receipt for $805 which is less then she charged us! Also, we haven't even gotten our return and filed them on 02/09/2021 it is now 03/19/2021 this is ridiculous and I am filing charges and a complaint with the IRS and seeking a lawyer to sue as I believe illegal practices are taking place."
