"Just be warned if you bring or have them pick up your unit they will make u figure out how to get it home..."
"Not pleased at all with this place. Dropped my sxs off June 30 for an engine repair. Picked it up sept 9th. Was leaking oil, the sway bar was bolted up facing down, there were fasteners missing on the body, the tune I had on it had been deleted . They tried to charge me for parts they had damaged. I took it back once to get the leak repaired. Picked it up and was still leaking. I put about 200 miles on it riding around town to break it back in. Took it back again since it was starting to have the same issue I originally brought it in for. They blamed it on a bad tune, which there had been no issue with until it had been left there for 2 months. Over 4600 dollars spent and they say it needs a new motor and an ecu. They had originally put new crank bearings, rod bearings, pistons and rings in it. Apparently their mechanics don’t know what they’re doing"

"This is my local Can Am dealer and have had zero issues up until recently. I spend a good amount of money there and I expect to be treated fairly. One of the salesman John was extremely rude and hung up on me whilst asking about a warranty issue. Very quick to take the money but hesitant when it comes to taking care of their customers. I’ve always purchased locally even though I can save by ordering online. Always tried to take care of local businesses. Needless to say I don’t feel Mr John needs to be employed by a Can Am nor for any sales companies. I’ve never been that guy but I’ll be lodging a complaint with corporate Can Am. If you can deal with Derrick you’re fine. If not don’t bother. Just order online"
