"1/18/24 I had my taxes done here last year and do not recommend them. I gave it a good review last year because when I picked up my taxes, the girl said Give us a great review before you leave. I let myself be intimidated and did it. I am not usually a very critical person because human beings are fallible, and stuff happens. The reality is that after I hadn't heard from them for about a week, I called to inquire, and they couldn't find my paperwork. This happened twice. They finally found it, but then did not deliver when promised. Twice. It was very unprofessional for her to ask me to give them a great review while I'm still sitting there. I meant to change my review later. I forgot until recently when I received an email from them about this year's taxes. i'm sorry if anyone was misled by my previous review."
