"Soda machine choices out, coffee was gut rot and store in General was mediocre. However, the sales associate working Saturday night was extremely friendly, helpful and polite. Earning this location a couple of stars back on my rating"
"This 7-11 has been going downhill quick! I've been using this 7-11 when I was going to Palmer and they used to be nice and friendly. Lately they have been rude and the new employees don't seen to like working there. a couple days ago I was there and purchased 2 slices of pizza and the cashier seemed like he didn't even want to be there. He placed my slices upside down facing each other and couldn't even get the pizza container closed. About a month ago, a cashier charged me the wrong price for a coffee and didn't return change for the amount, I had to email corporate and Mysti had to fix it and I was acutally supposed to get a free coffee instead of being charged the cashier wasn't properly trained on how 7 rewards works."
"The manager, a short fat bald man is extremely abrasive and rude. Constantly talks about customers after they leave. Has no compassion for homeless or less fortunate people, seems very rude and condesending towards staff. Staff told me I had to leave while i was finishing a phone call outside the store. Very poor service, as I have had to wait several times for the cashier to finish whatever she/he was doing. One cashier in particular seems under the infleunce of something, very short tempered and just seems out of it. This is the closest 7-11 to my house, but I will walk the extra 3/4 of a mile to the next one to avoid the hostile atmosphere and incompetent staff... How hard is it to sell gas, chips, soda and cigarettes? Very dis satisfied and this is based on numerous visits, not just a single encounter."
