"I rarely leave bad reviews but I feel like I must as I have been a loyal customer for years and have had nothing but bad experiences the last few years. This year, I paired with a tax pro at this location in January because I wanted to get my taxes done early. I was quoted $300 and told it would take a few weeks. Fast forward to mid March and my taxes just got finished and I was told I owed $600 for tax prep with an insane amount owed. Instead of explaining my options, or even apologizing for the delay, I had to wait for a supervisor to eventually reach out just for them to justify their service with excuses. I took my business elsewhere and that saved me over $10,000. If you have a filing more complicated than just a W2, from my personal experience, I'd advise you do the same."

"The team here is fantastic. I had an appointment at 3 to file 2 YEARS worth of taxes due to an issue last year. As it turned out, another loyal customer of theirs (it was my first time there) also had booked at 3 with the same agent, but due to a system error I got the appointment and was already there. Even with this issue popping up, they were able to find a compromise and get both her and I taken care of in an extraordinarily timely fashion!
