"Dropped off my taxes over a month ago and haven't heard a word since. They don't answer the phone or return calls. I drove up there to get an update. The lady that was working said she would call me with an update (same day) after she finished her current tax return. She never called."
"I had a terrible time with this place this year. Last year I paid only 108.00. This year it went up more then over half that with new manages taking advantage of their loyal customers. Due to new software usage they take that out on customers. I will be taking my business somewhere else next year. This is wrong for you to take advantage of loyal customers. Poor new management choices in this company to take the cost of your advertising and marketing on the tax papers needing your assistance to do simple taking so they are incident with going to you for the help needed to prepare a good tax return. Shame on you! This is not the fault of the person Who works for you who prepares my returns the fees are your marketing and advertising marking up those prices for the commen tax payer! SHAME ON YOU!"
"Chester is amazing at what he does. A true professional, he really knows all the details about tax preparation and had answers and explanations to all of my questions. Plus a really genuine nice guy. My only complaint is the cost that Jackson Hewitt charges to file a 1099-NEC is outrageous. They should cut the cost down in the future. Other than that, I am very satisfied with my service."
