"Definitely not a fan of this place or the horrible people. I arrived for my appointment and none of the 4 people working, who saw me come in the door, even acknowledged me. I let them know I had an appointment with Denise and was ignored. I sat in the waiting area and 5 minutes later I was called back. I was the first appointment of the day, mind you. Denise got to the end of my taxes and told me I owed $15,000. I was absolutely shocked. Another lady also looked at it and said it was correct. Then about a week later I'm looking over the final documents and they DOUBLED my income. I paid the IRS 3 times the amount I should have. When I brought this to their attention I was told they will amend it for me and there won't be a fee. Of course there shouldn't be a fee! They are the ones that messed it up! I paid them $550 to completely screw me over. I don't even want them to be the ones to amend it because I don't trust they know what they're doing. Never will I use H&R Block again."

I feel the utmost confidence that my taxes were done properly and that my husband and I will receive the largest refund allowable. Our taxes were done in a very timely and efficient manner. Every staff member I met were friendly and knowledgeable. Having a quality tax preparation service located in our small town of Conifer is also a plus. I have worked with Angela Hall/H&R Block for several years now and will continue in the future. Have no reason to go anywhere/or with anyone else ."
