"Zero stars. We paid a large amount of money with the assurance that they could settle our tax problem. They made absolutely no progress, in a years time. At our year mark to the day they demanded the entire fee to be paid again for them to continue to work on our case. I complained and they backpaddled and dropped the request for additional money. However they did no further work on our case in the 10 months since then. They sent a revoke of representation to the IRS agent without so much as an email to us. This company is a scam do not waste your money hire someone who will actually do the job."

"From the BBB to me: BBB contacted the above referenced company on multiple occasions regarding your complaint. To date, we have not received a reply; therefore, BBB is obligated to close your complaint as a "no response," which will be reported to the public for the next three years. The only reason you are seeing positive reviews on this site is because the take down the negative ones. I used then an 4 years later I had to end up contacting the IRS myself to resolve my issue and they still kept my money. Look my name up on FB and reach out to me if you are having any reservations about using this company. I will tell you my HONEST experience in detail. "This company did NOTHING for me !!!! There is a severe lack Of communication …I sent in all requested documents my representative left the company. I was assigned another rep in a matter of months that rep also left. Someone else was assigned to my case….I was NEVER notified that the new representative (#3) did not have any of my documents. I paid over $10,000 for nothing!! They attended the hearing without my financial documents… I received a letter from the IRS not from heartland tax. I hired a corporation not an individual person - I don’t care if the employee left - my case should have not been penalized because 3 employees left DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY they go under other names toooo DO YOUR RESEARCH before you make an agreement or a payment!!! I have sent 10 emails and left several voice mails in the last 3 weeks NO-ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME"
