"The store itself is small and inefficient for the lot and volume of traffic in the area. The clerks are courteous, and professional. And generally haveba better attitude than ineould expected given a location directly across from the college. I witnessed one of the interactions below that cause a 1 star review, and the individual that left the review walked in rude, entitled and disrespectful to the clerk, and wat quite apparently looking for a problem.... had I been the clerk I would have refused service entirely... Yet they did still serve the individual. Store needs a remodel/rebuild, but this store does not deserve the number of 1 star reviews its gotten."

"Circle K is a very small convenience store and I mean very small they don't offer a lot in the way of food toiletries or you know the usual kinds of things you get in most convenient stores but it is a convenience because it is the only place on North Avenue in that section of Grand Junction open all night"

"Every single time I go to this gas station in the evening there is a lady who claims 3rd shift doesn't do lottery, cash back, argued with you, she is rude, will argue about normal things a cashier is supposed to do. Gas is always either blocked off or empty. The pop machine is empty or not in service, customer service is horrible with 90% of employees. I live close by and I am either greeted with an attitude or a mood swing. Reqardless of what the request may be. I feel attacked and not wanted. I am a business owner and I work late hours most days. This is the most convenient store to go to and even after callin corporate to express my concerns I have still never received a call and the same rude lady always greets me with a mood swing or something "3rd shift doesn't do". It's 9 o clock. I have been the manager to convenience stores many times and I know protocol for policies set in place and I only have issues with this employee except the bald guy during the day who seems to be having a nervous breakdown half the time. I am fed up and many other Patons are as well. I really hope corporate sees this and does something. It's ridiculous, and I really want to be able to have a place to go get gas and a soda convenient to my home without complications or a "we can't do that on 3rd shift" speech when it's not even dark outside. I am over it."

"I went to get a fountain drink and realized when I walked out it tasted only carbonated. I went back in and asked for a refund and the man working had an attitude and threw my change at me. It’s not like I scamming them, I literally didn’t even leave the facility and the drink was full. I didn’t get his name but he was older/white beard and overweight."
