I used your services for my 2020 Income taxes because there were some irregularities in the official W2 and other forms compared to what I had in my records, and because I was unsure about how to classify various incomes and possible deductions. Our tax preparer, Heidi Kreimier, was AWESOME!! She went above and beyond trying to make sure we were taking advantage of every legal deduction, and our taxes were fairly complicated because of lots of changes last year. Heidi asked questions that prior tax preparers hadn't, and she knew how to ask them to get the correct answer. The process was easy - all we did was upload docs and have a phone call with Heidi. I'll keep going back for as many years as Heidi works there!
