Baymont by Wyndham Farmington

"Just got home after a 2 night stay at this place. The first night they had some rap group staying there as they had some concert to do in town. The concert ran long so they came back to the hotel at some point having some kind of after party of sorts that ended in fights and the police showing up about 3AM. All this equaled no rest. We had business in town and decided to leave after the last nights debacle and asked about checking out early. We had missed the 11 am check out so they told us no. We decided to stay the second night as they assured us the troublesome people had checked out and it would be a quite evening. What they failed to tell us is they put a group right across the hall from us who decided to party all night. In total frustration we checked out at 1 am and hit the road home 750 miles away with little or no sleep. We tried multiple times to arrange a total refund which was completely justified in this situation but had a very difficult time getting a manager as he rarely comes in to the hotel. According to his staff, they don's issue refunds. After multiple calls, his onsite staff offered a one night refund but due to the horrible stay I did not feel this was enough. If you want a place that you can have a party - this is the place, whole place smelled like weed so I guess its ok to party hard here but don't expect a peaceful stay."

"It was one of the cheapest in farmington so my expectations were low. But it was very unsanitary in our room. Tons of visible stains on walls, ceiling, and bathtub liner. The toilet is so unstable every time you get up it wobbles a ton. Wasn't bad just clearly not clean at all."

"Just checked in a while ago. Walter was very quick to check me in, but in an efficient and polite manner which is refreshing. The room looks rather new for a hotel built in ‘99. Looking forward to the free breakfast in the morning."

"What a great experience! My family have stayed here multiple times and the front desk agent Walter has been there a while now, always willing to help and polite to everybody, even when I’ve witnessed other guests treat him poorly. This most recent stay, I noticed they updated the vanity in our restroom as well as a beautiful paint job on the exterior. You can tell the managers here do their best to keep the place nice!"

"The staff here is amazing. From the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast attendant everyone was willing to go above and beyond the make the stay as close to perfect as possible. The room was clean. The climate control was a little difficult to get to the temperature I wanted but I was able to make it work. The bed linens were soft and perfectly white. The bath linens were fluffy and brilliant white. My only real complaints are the room is quite small with barely room to walk around the bed and I was constantly tripping over either the desk chair or the leg of the desk. There was also a lot of wear and tear on the walls and the bathroom area. The bathroom sink needed resurfaced or replaced and several of the tiles were either broken or loose. The walls of the room had a lot of scuffs, bumps and bruises. The good aspects of this hotel very much outweigh the minor imperfections. I would happily stay again."
