Chef Oscar’s food is always fantastic and that’s true of everything I’ve tried at Chulo Taco so far — the tacos, which are the perfect size for snacking on a bunch of them, the birria grilled cheese (wow!!), and a quesadilla that is quite literally the size of a pizza — get that one to share."
