"Great service. Very professional. A Kaiser doctor I spoke with on the phone said I should go to this ER. Upon arrival I was taken quickly. The first doctor and her team decided very quickly that I needed a CAT Scan. I was moved to a very nice room and received much good and quick attention. CAT scan staff were excellent. Doctors, nurses, techs, and PA, were all fantastic. The diagnosis was not what the Kaiser doctor was leaning towards, but the diagnosis and the subsequent treatment plan by the ER staff, and on-call urologist, got me feeling much better and on my way to recovery. I'm 62 and have been in a number of ERs. This experience was one of the best I've had. p.s. I think the UCHealth online Portal is well laid out, easy to use, and very comprehensive."

My health conditions were not explained to me. Also, I received multiple diagnosis that I was not informed of during my visit. Less than zero stars!"
