"Do not recommend. The last 10 times I called I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. When I hung up and called back, someone would answer immediately, leading me to believe that I was put on hold and forgotten about. Was told my doctor didn’t send a prescription more than once, which I confirmed was not true in all instances. The text message notifications for a prescription ready to be picked up only come in days after the fact. Only Hoang and Sierra have ever been helpful, and even then it was after multiple attempts to get more information regarding a number of issues with filling prescriptions. Though no one has ever been outright rude to me here, I am continually frustrated with how difficult it is, on a monthly basis, to get clear information."
