"Dropped off 2 bits to be sharpened. Was told it would be 2 weeks. After calling to see if they were done kept getting told he was going to get to them. After 4 weeks I went in and he was super nice and told me was busy but would sharpen my bits that day. 2 weeks later (6 weeks now) they were still not done. I got upset since I still could not keep my word to my client since my tools were not ready. I was then told to leave and not come back. I always believed a man and his business is only as good as his word. This man's word means nothing to him so in turn niether does his customers."
