"NO customer service. There were no customers there when I walked in. Lots of employees chatting, but I was never acknowledged or asked if could use any kind of assistance. I was there for 10 minutes, got a few paint samples and when I was walking out an employee looked at me but never said a word. Will never give them business."
"I own a small remodeling business and signed up for an account but the last three times I have tried to purchase paint I was told they were out. Not sure if they don't want to sell paint a gallon at a time or if they're actually a paint store that's out of paint? Frustrating either way.... UPDATE- This store still sucks! I went to buy paint and stood there for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. Finally left and went elsewhere."
"This location has the best customer service. We originally went to the store in Southlands for two gallons of paint that turned out to be inaccurate compared to the colorswatches (snowfall white ended up looking neon pink). The staff at Smokey Hill was so helpful to us, we thought we were going to have to toss two whole gallons...but they worked with us so patiently and made it work, and the color came out better than we imagined. Thank you for taking the time to help us. You saved the day!"
