He was never the bottleneck for any pause in the job. He was responsive through text and email throughout the project. His crew were respectful, hardworking and friendly. Our glass shower is a wrap around, so we had to go through a separate glass company to finish the job. I would recommend having your tile and grout color picked out beforehand if you need a lot of time to choose as that may slow down progress. Overall, we are satisfied with the work that was done.
