"Waited patiently with my items for 10 minutes and the woman behind the counter (who appeared to be the only employee in the store on a Saturday at noon) didn’t even acknowledge me, and continued her chat with another customer about opinions on paint colors. I understand waiting and I’m ok with this. But not even so much as acknowledging someone waiting for so long who was clearly ready to buy… is off putting. We put our items back and went to Lowe’s instead :/"
"We had a bad experience here early in the year, but things have changed for the better. The store is under new management recently, and it seems like it has made all the difference. The team provided great feedback to help us select the best paint for the job, and our order was prepped quickly for pickup. The associates in the store were helpful and are all making the effort to keep customers and each other safe by wearing masks. We are looking forward to coming back soon."
