"Our nurse/tech was absolutely the sweetest lady! Extremely personable and ever so kind. I am awful at names, but I think it was Judy. The facilities were exceptionally clean, comfortable and fairly easy to find with google maps. Check in was easy and my young child was very at ease. The only recommendation I have is heavier blankets, or a few extra added to the room. I really recommend that the facilities be given a blanket warmer! Please! I highly recommend the staff and facility. It was a great experience!"

"My son has been using a cpap machine for a couple of years now. It seems that Pediatric Sleep Specialist is the only option in my area, which kind of sucks because they are out of network for UMR. We pay nearly $400 per "visit" which has been telemed appointments since the second visit. Medicaid covered the cost, but not our new insurance. Anyways, my son is in the small group of kids his age who has no problem at all using the machine...he fills the water tank and puts the mask on every night on his own, which is fantastic, but also frustrating that we have to pay so much just to say hi, everything looks great, see you next time! Here's your astronomical bill. But my son NEEDS the machine so he doesn't die early of heart issues because of sleep apnea. Also, the lady that called beforehand to make sure I got the link for the video call and all that, she needs some training. She was rude and when she asked me if my son was there to answer questions and I told her my son is partly nonverbal and has a hard time answering questions particularly, she got impatient and huffy with me, so that was not pleasant. As a mother, I have to advocate for my son because he can't do it for himself, so when these so called Healthcare "professionals" don't get it, and are hard to deal with, it's just dumb. All in all, I keep this doc because I don't have another choice. The care is not 100% horrible, but I can't say I'd recommend them if there was another choice."
