"The doctor was very well informed, friendly, communicative and delivered difficult information with humor and tact. Parents and son all liked her very much! On the other hand, the nurse who attended us when we arrived and took my son's blood pressure, asked questions, etc., was nothing short of rude, for no apparent reason. She spoke to us in an unfriendly/disdainful manner and seemed irritated that we remembered my son had already received a requested vaccine (even though we explained that we had just made a cross-country move). She was not conversational or friendly."
