"We were referred to Leslie and her team by family members who all raved about her. Unfortunately we feel like each appointment was rushed, and that most of the time, Leslie didn’t slow down to listen or show concern. My husband made 3 virtual appointments, and took time out of his workday to fit in those appointments. Each appointment he was left waiting and waiting for Leslie or someone to join the call. We would call to ask when someone would be on the virtual visit, but no one in the office would answer the phone or return our calls. It is a very unprofessional way to run a business, and we feel very disappointed with this practice. We will be looking for a new provider."
