I made an appointment 3 weeks out when I really needed to be seen, took off work, the day of I was notified it was cancelled when I logged into my portal. No one tried to contact me, I would have shown up and didn’t even know if I didn’t log in. I called the office and they said the provider I was scheduled with didn’t help with what I was needing.
