"I used them for primary while in Colorado, they never answer the phone and rarely return calls after I left multiple voicemails. They’re also negligent in sending prescriptions to pharmacy’s, multiple times I had to go back in person to get a prescription sent to a pharmacy because they don’t answer the phone. I asked them for a referral for physical therapy and it was written incorrectly and no matter how many times I called or the physical therapy office called or my insurance called, it was never corrected."

"I came in recently due to having some mask issues & a woman by the name of Sabina “helped” me (if you can call it that) all she said was there are no other masks that I can try out. I felt rushed & she basically kicked me out. She was not helpful at all, she couldn’t even answer questions I was asking. I returned a week later trying to see if I can get someone besides Sabina to help me. I Met this young lady named Alexis and she informed me that there are sample masks that I can try out. She gave me lots of options, took her time with me, asked what type of issues I was having. She even showed me some things about my device that I didn’t even know! She was very respectful & kind. She even gave me her direct ext # to reach her if I had any other issues with my device/mask. If Sabina would have taken the time to help me out during my initial visit, maybe asked some questions and actually put in effort, maybe my issue could have been resolved weeks ago. I guess she’s the director, but I’m not sure if this is the job field she should be in if she’s not gonna treat clients with respect."

"Very poor communication. Have been trying to get care and recommended in house sleep study for 6 months. The director of the sleep clinic, Sabina, does not keep her promises to return calls. And will not return voice messages. I am shocked at the lack of care for their patients."

"Delta Waves is an absolutely incredible establishment with people who truly care about you as a patient and a person. The environment is welcoming and kind, from the lady’s at the front desk to the physicians and technicians you see. You can really tell they do their best to make you feel comfortable and give you the most amazing service possible. Anytime I go for an appointment I know that I will be heard and that everyone there has my best interests at heart. I am so thankful to be a patient at Delta Waves and be apart of the family atmosphere they set. I would highly recommend this place to others, whether you’re going for a sleep study or primary care, you can be certain you will be well taken care of."
