"Lovely front desk staff. Presumably good physical therapists, When they don’t cancel on you, which seems to be a particular problem for Jackie, who has canceled on me twice in the first 4 weeks. The most recent time it was the day of the appointment. Which was the same day my husband had to cancel his chiropractic appointment because i had the car. And he couldnt get there. So no advance notice, no reason given and during the work day so i also had to take off work. . This comes 5 days before a business trip next week where i will be walking across airports, walkways, convention center, hotels,- miles of surface, with leg, hip, and back pain. Patients need to start slapping inconvenience fees on healthcare providers for cancellations less than 48 hours just like they do with us."

"I had my first out of 12 appointments today with Jessica to go over a vertigo diagnosis and I can't say enough great things about her. She took her time, asked a lot of questions, explained everything well but we also laughed together and the whole time I felt heard, understood and taken serious with my concerns.
