"Similar to other reviews, Dana B and Carson are a great team in Chiropractic and traction services. Wesley is a great PT professional. Avoid Kyle Kramer at all costs for pain management: he doesn't take any notes when you have an appointment with him, he suggests that you make a medication change then forgets to send it to your pharmacy (after being his patient for 18 months) and then can't be a man and admit his error. He's an absolute idiot. The staff in other areas changes to frequently to give you any help there."
"Dr.Dana is amazing and if the review was just about him this would be a 5 star review. Unfortunately it’s not just about the wonderful chiropractor. The office staff that works the desk and answers the phones are horrible. I had to call 3 different times over a 2 week period bc they never returned calls as promised. All I needed to know was if my new insurance was accepted there. After finally getting in touch with someone that could answer my questions, she tried to tell me I had an outstanding balance, which had been paid a month earlier. Wish Dr.Dana would open his own practice!!!!"
"I liked my doctor and my PTA alot. While I am not fully fixed, they made alot of improvements on my areas of concern while I worked with them. The billing department is a mess and very chaotic to deal with, making it very hard to pay your bill or even know what you owe. Lucky I am "graduated" for now. Would recommend if cost as the actual medical knowledge seems sound."
"The medical and front desk staff are all so wonderful and patient. I travel two hours because this location provides the best care for all my medical needs, totally worth it! They are great and show they care for their patients!"
