"Great facility located in a very accessible location off Nevada. They have a great caring staff who was very responsive from the first time I called, it is also easy to call and talk to someone about scheduling appointments. Plenty of parking, but it is specific to patients, staff and students."

"A "trauma center," that is a source of trauma. I suggested "sensitivity training," due to my opinion that the center is insensitive to trauma survivors who come from diverse backgrounds. The center almost completely lacks diversity; being comprised of white women, the exception being a white male intern (who wasn't yet working there at the time). They cancelled my services and appointments without communicating with me. My perception is that they don't have a desire to WORK with people who are unlike their own Center's clique or who "confront" them about issues with the center, as a patient. They mailed me the typical and official "sugar-coated/cover their asses" letter, referring me to a list of other places, after the damage had been done. People that I trust have referred to my experience at this center as "medical malpractice." I call it discrimination. I am sharing my experience to hopefully help others avoid going through what I went through. Nice new building, close by, convenient... just more horrible than I can describe publicly.
