"I have called and made appointments on 2 different occasions and the schedulers never even made my son's appointment. I called a month in advance to make sure I got an appointment and for some reason these schedules aren't doing there jobs . It's ridiculous"

"Pediatric care is very convenient to enroll in with Medicaid and an easy process. But the staff are very opinionated and talk about their patients as if you can't clearly hear them through the door as they sit in their open door office or hallway. I heard a pediatrician talk how stupid she felt one of her patients parents was and because of that reason I do not feel comfortable with these pediatric doctors keeping my child's health concerns within the patient room. I know it would have made me very upset if I heard these doctors discussing my child in the hallway where other parents can hear."

"I spoke with Isaiah in the customer service department. “They don’t have nurses or doctors on call and due to my policy we can’t see you due to not having a first time visit I can’t speak with a doctor.” So I haven’t had a period in 100 day been seen by my doctor twice and another doctor once for them to not even let me talk to a doctor is beyond me. To say their policy is more important than someone health is crazy to me and that not even coming from someone that has any knowledge on health care! He’s a customer care supervisor! Like you have no degree to say that I can’t even speak to a nurse! And since I can’t get in there for an appointment till august I can’t speak to a nurse to give me advice is wild to me! I would never ever call their office again. I’ve blocked the number in my phone so I don’t accidentally call them again! He service was trash! His attitude was trash! And his tone of voice WAS TRASH. he has no empathy or sympathy was wide to me but to work in the field he does and lack that is beyond me how a job there. I work for T-mobile and we are required to give more empathy than he did and that behind some cell phones! Yea if you thinking bout going here I would’t. Cancel my appointment ASAP don’t even want it after talking to there SUPERVISOR trust. If I could give 0 stars I would in a heart beat!"

"Had a pleasant experience at the Pediatric Clinic at this location. The Receptionist was a very sweet lady and we loved how friendly the environment was. Dr. Monica Miller was amazing!!! 10/10 recommended!"
