"This eye care clinic used to be a great place. when it was Spivak vision. I have been going there for over 25 years. They have changed ownership a few times and it’s getting worse ever time I go. The last pair of glasses I got from this place 2?years ago were terrible . I literally could not see clearly for over a year. I spoke with the doctor a couple of times and she brought me back to the shop manager. Nothing was done about it. I went back because I like my doctor but this time is even worse. I could not see with this new pair of glasses. They told me that they did no read the prescription before I picked them up so they had to order new lenses since the prescription was done incorrectly. The manager told me it would take one more week. It’s over 10 days and not a word from them. Save yourselves the frustration and find a reputable eye care clinic."
"They have a new team here but previously the staff (not the delightful doctors) misguided me to order something that wasn’t included as a part of my benefits. As a result I had to come out of pocket more than what was expected. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward since there’s no way they can accommodate me for the mis-guidance of the previous staff. It's worth clarifying I was told I "would not be charged for a service" and I was charged right after the service was performed."
"This place was once great but now that My Eye Doctor has taken over, I would never go back! I first visited this office after another wonderful vision center was bought out by My Eye Doctor. After the switch over, the service was awful and the quality of my glasses was horrible! I even had to go to a new place (this place in Dove Valley) and have them redo my prescription. I came here because it was privately and locally owned and they still sent out glasses to top, quality makers. When you need progressive lenses like I do, you NEED the best... NOT a low budget lens crafter. Now that My Eye Doctor has bought out this business, I can only say, go somewhere else!!"
