"Will be sueing for many legal violations there was another person on here asking for a lawyer and I’ve reached out to them as well. What you guys did to me and the female Dr was not okay I even had my attorney on the phone with them and she would not give him A call back because she knew what she was doing was illegal. The staff is rude and treats patients horrible, a nice lady that had dementia they treated her terrible it was abuse. Also held me past 72 hours when they couldn’t tell me for what but if you read the other reviews you see they do that all the time. I was there for alcohol detox not a mental health crisis or suicidal. This place made me get out and drink and caused me emotional damage which will also be mentioned in court. This place has traumatized me and I will be getting justice for me and other future patients they try to hold them. Awful place and rude staff (most) and the most ugliest doctor. See you guys in court! :)"

"This place is a prison. Unfortunately I was here over a year ago. I voluntarily admitted myself because I relapsed. They sign me in and lv me in a tiny room for over 3 hours which didn’t help my detoxing and increased my anxiety. I would have preferred suffering in my own home. Then after zero consultation with an actual doctor, the “nurses” or whoever declared I’m on an emergency hold!!! All they did was drug me up and when I refused my “taper” the nurses kept insisting it wouldn’t prolong my stay. All lies. In addition to their non communication, I’m told I was in a psych ward, NOT detox!!! I have a mentally disabled brother so I have sympathy but putting me with screaming, head banging, throwing and even words that threatened my life, they won’t let me go! Don’t ever come to this scam of a treatment center. They lie, don’t help and just want you to sleep to stay away from them."

"I made over 300 phone calls this weekend to try and get drug alcohol rehabilitation inpatient care. All your insurance companies going to tell you that they don't cover it. Don't believe them. This place is fantastic I just got checked in. If you're serious about taking care of your health. Getting past your addictions. You need to try coming to Denver springs hospital"

"Denver Springs was wonderful. I checked myself in after my therapist and psychiatrist suggest I do, for being very mentally unstable. The Willow ward worked with me every day to make sure my needs were being met. They ended up putting me on an anti anxiety/ mood stabiliser that changed my life. The staff works very hard to meet everyones needs. My favorite staff was Raquel, she made me feel comfortable and human and was very professional. I also loved Sam, he made me feel happy. Katie the therapist was awesome she cared deeply for her clients, Caitlyn the nurse drew my blood effortlessly and made me feel comfortable. I honestly wish I could go back and hug and everyone for helping me out so much. See you all in 2 years outside of the facility!!!"

"I was lied to my face multiple time by the doctors there. Never saw a therapist! I would Never recommend this place. If you’re insured they will keep extending your stay! I was assaulted the first day, within the first hour by another patient and nothing was done to keep me safe. The staff is under prepared for any situation regarding your safety. They also wouldn’t give me my prescription when I left. I was never getting straight answers from anyone because no one is on the same page. Felt like I was in jail when I went voluntarily. The food was awful too. I mean really bad. Not good for your mental or physical health there."
