"Terrible customer service!! You cannot get anyone to return a phone call for billing error on their behalf. Would not recommend!"

"If I could leave negative stars I would! Unbelievable! I’ve been waiting 1.5 weeks to be scheduled for injections. The previous surgery center my doctors office worked with always called me within a day or two. Messages are left unanswered. Come to find out the scheduler is out of town! So there’s one scheduler, and no one else can assist? How difficult is it to change a voice mail or forward it?"

"Dr. said unless I had terminal cancer he “would not fight insurance “ to allow pain meds. Horrible “manner” offering no hope, only countless more injections. Terrible disappointment. DON’T LET THEM CUT YOU AT PEAK ORTHOPEDIC!"

"I have been a patient since 2017 and through the kindness of Dr Geaguire had taken me in despite my terrible insurance coverage and major physical ailments. This clinic has been savior to me. The only complaint I have is the copay for those who are physically disabled this is sometimes the difference in eating a meal. It’s not their fault but it does suck. Other than that if it wasn’t for them I know I wouldn’t be alive today. Pain is something I cannot bear day to day and many of times would’ve rather taken a jump over a cliff than contend with pain another day. They make every effort to make me as comfortable as possible while not nobody is perfect theyre most certainly adequate. Thank you."

"In April of '21 I unfortunately had 1 dirty ua bcuz I was told by my son's now ex girlfriend she was giving me a percocet which I was prescribed ,but turned out to be fentanyl. Taylor told me she had to talk to Dr. Smolenski and she called me right back saying that he had said that all my appts had to be in office from now on. I told her not a problem, but when I left a voice-mail for a appt Kelly left me a voice-mail saying that it was illegal for them to see me anymore, so I was kicked off my contract. So when I waited for a year of being off my pain medications I tried having Dr. Smolenski call me to ask about what Taylor told me, I was sent a email from Kelly saying they couldn't no longer have contact with me. Now no other pain clinic will help me bcuz of 1 ua. They won't tell me where Eric went and now Taylor's gone too."
