This unpleasant experience was further exacerbated when, despite politely requesting the monetary over charge be refunded, I was flatly and rudely told no. Addendum: I received NO goods whatsoever from this merchant. I also filed a complaint with The Better Business Bureau of Denver, Colorado. Stay away from Biotwin!"

"I started working with Lori Moore back in Sept of 2014. I was lethargic, overweight and nothing I was doing in the gym was helping me reach my goals. The first time I met with Lori she did lab work to help me understand where my levels were.
