"When I went to my appointment, I felt like the doctor and PA were listening, but not hearing me. I also felt that they didn’t understand what I was trying to explain to them about my knee. When I told them how much pain I was in at first, they disregarded what I was saying and told me you’re just going to need physical therapy. They didn’t discuss why my knee was puffy and why I was in so much pain even though the x-rays came back fine, there’s obviously something wrong. I have been dealing with the pain for months so I felt I was somewhat blown off. I heard them talking outside the door the room I was in. I don’t like being disrespected and I do not like being treated as if it’s all in my head. I know my body. I know what I’m going through and if you’re not willing to really listen And try to figure out what’s going on rather than just pawn me off on a physical therapist is really disturbing. I will be getting a second opinion, and I will not be back to this clinic. However, the gal at the front desk was absolutely amazing, personable, and caring!"
