"This is the South Broadway location in Englewood. PCP, Dr Elango was more than wonderful as usual! Vast improvements on customer service in the pharmacy area. I was treated poorly in the laboratory by the heavier set white female with short hair. I was sitting and waiting for a long time after pulling a number. The pharmacy then called my name and I went to get my prescriptions, but when I went back to the lab they had resumed calling numbers. The white female called 77 and I was 76. I stated that I had number 76 and she said in a cold and callus tone, "Well I called 76 already and you will just have to wait!" The white gentleman with number 77 was still getting out of his chair and hadn't started getting seen before she looked at me and told me to wait. Very embarrassing. I would not have been bothered by waiting, if I had been told something like "I'm sorry, sir that you missed your turn, but would you please mind waiting for just a few moments while we correct the error?" Instead of being scolded like an unwanted child."

"I needed several things. Papers for my upcoming eye surgery, a cortisone shot in my left knee and help with my acid reflux, which was very painful. Dr Frueh helped me with all my problems. I can count on her, she is amazing I am glad I have her as my doctor."

"Long story short, the RN who gave me my flu shot today was able to give me my Covid booster as well. That saved me my entire early morning tomorrow. That was HUGE considering I have to travel out of town for a week Friday morning. Thank you so much & KUDOS to her being a rock star. So please by all of this!"

"Dr. Jones answered all of the questions that I had and explained completely what the test results that were administered at Lakewood Urgent Care mean. He put my mind at ease as to the seriousness of my condition and what occurred with my high fever and shaking episode on Tuesday night. He also explained what to do to follow up. Dr. Jones and his staff made this appointment and every appointment that I have stress free."

"This was my first patient experience at the Broadway location in Englewood, CO. I did have high expectations. The check in process was simple. I arrived 20 min before my appointment and waited to be brought back. When I was called back for vitals, the MA sat me down in the room and asked a series of questions. She asked me what my ethnicity was and after I told her, she was impressed and responded with, "Your English is very good." I was taken back by this comment. Shocked and concerned that she would say that. . . I was left speechless, and disregarded the response. This is not how I would expect Kaiser employees to treat their patients. They should know not to make assumptions by looking simply at the color of their patients. Unfortunately with this experience with the MA, I will not be returning to this location. Though, I sincerely enjoyed Dr. Elango as my provider."
