"Keep looking! Horrible staff and incompetent rude doctors!"

"Receptionists are completely incompetent and dropped they ball on sending my cancer referral to a specialty clinic. They've also failed to send my prescription refills over to my pharmacy numerous times. They seem to have very little empathy for their patients. I would not recommend this clinic to ANYONE."

"I'm happy with my experiences here. Dr. Burroughs is a wonderful doctor. I've never had any doctor spend so much time with me and ask me a lot of questions. He is also very encouraging to me, which I appreciate. The RN I have seen there is fantastic. She was able to diagnose a back issue I was having in minutes which led me to a path of total recovery. The rest of the nursing staff is always kind and efficient."

"I have to disagree with the person above. I have always had a good experience with my doctor at this office. A last minute appointment is always problematic but they did accommodate you and prescribed a medication for a sinus infection. You seem frustrated with your own situation, dont take it out on them. I have called several times to get in at the last minute and they were very accommodating, once with the PA, once with the Nurse Practioner, every other time with either my doctor or another on staff. Always pleasant and professional. We’re talking everything from the flu to a kidney stone, they diagnosed me correctly and provided good advice and the proper treatment."

"I have been extremely disappointed in this place, and today was the last straw. They usually direct clients to see the PA or RN instead of a real doctor there, and these pseudo-doctors have never been able to successfully diagnose anything I've had. Do not go here to get diagnosed for a problem, as they will throw up their hands and throw some prescriptions at you that invariably won't work. This past Friday I went in last-minute for a bad sinus infection, saw the PA, and they ended up prescribing something that does not work for me (amoxycillin). I called the office while my husband waited patiently at the pharmacy and tried to get them to send a different prescription. The PA was unavailable so the receptionist said she'd talk to her and call me back. That didn't happen. I was sick all weekend waiting. Monday morning I called them again and AGAIN had to leave a message for PA to send a new prescription. No response for 4+ hours. I called at their lunchtime and left a stern message. 545pm the PA finally called me back saying only there was a message to call me. No details. I had to explain all over again. She asked me what drug I wanted -- I don't know! I don't have a medical background, you do! She was very short and rude with me and after I repeatedly asked her what other options there were she was finally able to respond with some alternatives (perhaps having to look them up on WebMD?). She hung up suddenly after we agreed on a drug. I can only hope my pharmacy will get the order. But I've had it with these people. I do not recommend this office. Or, for your health's sake, see only the "real" doctors and not any assistants."
