"We took our 7 month old for a sick visit. The Dr was in there for a minute. Didn't even check my daughter. She said there's nothing they are able to do. No medications or anything. We went to get a second opinion, My baby had a severe ear infection. How did she miss that? I have never gone to a place where they don't check the patient, especially for an ear infection."

I really wanted my son to go here, but unfortunately the front desk staff left a sour taste in my mouth and they have now lost a new customer. When I would call, I would get the shortest "let me put you on hold" without even asking me if everything was okay. Second, I was trying to fill out my authorization forms for my old pediatrician to send over medical records and Donna at the front desk completely forgot I even sent her a form, even though it was less than 24 hours ago AND on an email chain. Her email was so unprofessional and it just made me realize I don't want my son to go to a place like this."
