If you need to transfer a prescription due to pharmacy being out of stock it will take 48 hours for a callback and then you will be told "don't worry" instead of being given actual steps towards resolution."

"I have tried for 2 weeks in a row to join their virtual appointments. I had technical issues the first week, which I tried emailing them and calling them about and had 0 response. Today, I go into my virtual appointment and waited for 17 mins for the doctor, Robert Olsen, to join and he never showed up. But of course, this was after they had taken my copay. So I paid for nothing. Don't waste your time or money."

"The staff here are very rude. I was asked to upload private information to their portal. I have concerns over doing that. I got threatening emails and voicemails from the staff saying "If you do not do what I say (upload information) I will take away something very important (the appointment) from you. Here's the actual quote: If we do not get this information by the morning of your appointment, WE HAVE TO CANCEL. Have you ever had a doctors office threaten to cancel your appointment if you don't upload information online? There's no need to threaten to cancel an appointment if information is not given ahead of time. It can be collected in the office. Also, what about people who are not able to upload information."
