"Avoid this hell hole at all costs. The doctors don't care about you. Mine withholds birth control pills. Used to get 3 months advance. Now I have to beg for 1 month and then get it a week late. Was told I needed a physical while I was there to get prescription refills in January and then they scheduled me for an appointment in April. These are anti depressants and they are mind altering! It's not safe to allow patients to go days without them. Don't go here, instead go to a kindergarten for better advice. Watch me get found out and banned when it's where I go for healthcare lol."

"I want to caveat this review, Dr. Shannon Hill is amazing, her others... vary. I've had assistants, look at me like I'm insane and give me a FRICKING YOU TUBE VIDEO, to resolve my issues (mind you paying $100+ deductible to even be there) and others take really good care of me and make sure I'm well cared for. I've had some shy away from my main issues and refer me out of office. I've expressed how my insurance is less than helpful and had issues ignored because they aren't "what I was being seen for". I don't know, Dr. Hill is nice and tries to get to the root of the problem but otherwise, might as well play roulette."

"I told my son to try and get an appointment he's been sick for about 5 days now, went to urgent care and they prescribed antibiotics. the meds aren't working, tests came back negative for strep. I told him to try this office, that they'd take care of him since my visit was good. I was so wrong. They were condescending, and just plain rude. He couldn't get in today (which I told him to expect) but when he asked about setting up an appointment for a day or two, they acted with total disregard and simply said I don't know what to tell you, try and call in the morning. What Dr's office can't make future appointments? I will not be going back. You wanna be treated like dirt, give them a call."

"I had a positive experience here for my first visit. Staff were on top of things like records request and vaccines. Nurses and the doctor were attentive and engaged in their interactions with me. Like the few other practices I contacted when looking for a PCP, BFP seems pretty booked out, but I can't fault them for operating a practice in a place where demand strains supply. I have recommended this practice to my spouse."

"I don't normally write reviews for doctors offices but I had to because of my experience not just with my doctor but with the front desk! Donice helped me with all the insurance issues, getting my medical records transferred, making sure my prescriptions would be ready soon, all the things that are normally hell, but she made it easy, and did it all while talking to me like a real person. If you need help with something while you're there, ask her, she's the best!"
