The Intensive Outpatient Program is absolutely astonishing and has gave me the tools to rewire my behaviors in life! "Horrible place to be . They won’t let my mom leave or take her to the hospital even though she hit her head and had a seizure. I would not recommend going here."

"Incompetent to the max. Their billing and administrative department is sub-par at best. Not only did they send my bill to my estranged father (outing me that I got treatment aka borderline HIPPA violation) but also after calling Geanie multiple times in their Client Rep department, they fail to change my billing to my correct insurance. Now, I am getting calls from a debt collector and cannot find where to pay the bill because it was sent to someone else. Thank you for setting me back even more. I do not recommend their services for mental health, as their admins fail to see the gravity of financial implications. Please note I had asked my insurance and billing to be changed at least 3 times when I was receiving treatment, but they failed to do so each time. Steer clear!"

"If I could give them Zero Stars I would! I was referred to medical detox with them. They didn’t call, so I called and left a message, absolutely no response! My counselor at VA called and they were rude and gave her the runaround! Obviously not concerned with life and death situations! Call Denver Springs for help. Also if you think I’m just being bitter check out their yelp reviews!"

"Honestly the majority of staff are amazing. I'm not a fan of the doctor and case management. They should really push for aftercare. Noone even really talked to me about it. Now I'm just back on the streets feeling hopeless"
