"I felt welcome the minute I stepped in and the minute stepped out. First the administrative lady was so warm and polite then, the nurse was so knowledgeable and had friendly attitude and the doctor, Physician Assistant Ms. Samantha Bedinger was so calm asking me the right questions and listening carefully making sure not to miss anything I had to say. She asked me to schedule seeing her in two weeks. She made me regain my confidence in regards to my health, that’s what every patient is looking to be assured by his/her doctor. "Being in their cycle of treatment I find it EXTREMELY difficult to get an appointment scheduled. I typically try for days {one time this took 2 weeks} and {when they actually answer the phone} I get responses like, 'our computers are down'. The most typical is I have to leave a v-mail and it NEVER is returned."
"Thanks for taking such good care of my husband in an urgent situation. We were able to get an appointment without delay, we're taken into the treatment/exam room soon after arrival (even before the actual appointment time), and he was treated gently and compassionately when he was feeling totally miserable. Additionally, we were given very clear aftercare instructions. Thanks again!"
