"This location was Integrated Sport and Spine (ISS) until rexcently absorbed by Premier Spinal Institute. In 2014 my back was broken in a severe car accident and for close to 10 years I have had the pleasure of primarily dealing with ISS owner Dr Michael Tracy. In my opinion Dr Tracy is one of the last medical professionals who is honest, knowledgeable and truly cares for the well-being of his patients above how many appointments can be crammed into each minute of every day. So far, after small bumps that come with all Corp transitions of this nature my experience has remained a good one and I have not been shuffled around to other Dr.s who don't know me or my care. I sincerely hope the new leadership ISS is under uphold the same value structure as ISS did as it has become extremely hard to find the Michael Tracy's of this world."

"My PCP gave me a referral to visit Integrated Sports & Spine. After a week of not hearing from them, I called them to schedule an appointment. They did not answer. No problem, I'll just leave a voicemail. My voicemail was never returned. No problem, I'll contact them through their website. Once again, my contact form was never responded to. I guess this company is fortunate enough to be in an industry where they can have absolutely terrible (and even non existent) support but can still stay in business."

"I had been going to see Dr Feldman for awhile. He did a procedure on my back that changed my life for the better. I needed help again but the office makes you jump through hoops for a appointment and makes you get a referral from another doctor even though I was already a patient. What if you don't have any other doctor ?When you are in pain and can't move this is annoying. I called my insurance and they gave me a list of other doctors and the first one I called took my appointment no problem. This is what's wrong with how the system works. Don't go to this place."
