"If I could rate this zero stars I absolutely would. I didn’t even have to step into this facility or be a patient to have a terrible experience with them. My husband called them today on accident because he got the number confused with the west side women’s pediatric number. And right off the bath the woman that answered the phone was rude. Instead of calmly letting him know that he called the incorrect number and redirecting his call she instantly coped an attitude with him. He kindly talked to her despite everything too so very uncalled for. If this is the way they treat people I am honestly glad no one recommended I go here for my prenatal care."

"Clinic was easy to find, parking was a non issue, all employees I came in contact with were pleasant and professional. Dr. Axelrod was genuinely helpful and caring. He spent time talking to me about my symptoms and proposed resolutions. All of this put me at ease."

"Although I have been to Westside Women's for at least 12 years (inc. their midwife team for my 2 boys' births), this was the first time I had seen Dr. Michelle Wen. I really enjoyed my appointment with her! She had wonderful bedside manner and made me feel like she had all the time on the world to answer any questions I had (even though I know she is very busy). I felt very comfortable with her during my annual exam, even though it was only our initial meeting. Thank you for starting off my day in a great way! I look forward to returning and would highly recommend Dr. Wen and Westside Women's."

"If I could give no stars I would. It has taken me a year to write this review. My experience with all the doctors was very poor. I was told I had to get induced because my baby was small for gestational age. They seemed very worried but I later found out that the only reason they had me go in was because the doctor didn't know how to use the program and the measurements from my ultrasound were not put in correctly. I spent 3 days in the hospital where they turned off and on Pitocin multiple times because my baby was not tolerating it. By day 3 My husband and I were getting worried. We asked to speak to the doctor ( Dr. Eun) and she came in and completely ignored my husband, would not look at him and only talked to me. She also turned to my husband at one point and said " What do you do? he answered and she said said "well I'm the doctor" and turned away from him. I was so distraught and my birth was not going how I hoped and we got no answers. My baby was born healthy and a whole pound larger than the faulty prediction from the office. I was induced and went through all the heart ache and stress for no reason. For my follow up after I delivered the receptionist called and said we have to schedule a follow up or my insurance wouldn't cover my care- not that they wanted to see me to see how I was doing/ adjusting postpartum. I will never come back to them. I know what knowledgeable, compassionate care should look like and I never got it here."

"I have been coming to WWC for 25+ years now, and although the docs I saw in the beginning have since retired, they continue to bring high quality physicians into the practice to continue my great care. They were there through my pregnancies and the delivery of both of my children. They always take time to discuss my concerns at length, talk me through options and procedures, I hope they are around for the next 25. This visit, I asked about care for my trans kiddo and they were respectful and answered without any judgement, using affirming language and were very inclusive. I was very happy! I highly recommend Westside Women's Care!"
