"A year ago Whitey's replaced 6 of my windows. The installer did an excellent job. However, this year after being told that the only frame color would not be the same, after the installation all four windows were a lesser grade than the ones installed the year before. 1) The opener was on only one side so that I have to reach to close them. 2) the outer frame is beveled to the glass which makes it difficult to squeegee along the edges. These last four replacement windows are definitely a cheaper model YET I was charged the same. Angry and disappointed with myself for not carefully inspecting the windows before they were installed. I feel that my trust has been betrayed. Buyer beware."
